Started with (nautilus & free weights) at 14 has been a part of my lifestyle ever since. 

 

YOGA

Active participant since 1997.  Though flexibility is mostly genetic, it can be greatly improved upon and sustained with practice. 

 

NUTRITION

Starting studying Nutrition in College and continue to educate myself...  A balanced diet is essential!  

Learning how to increase your metabolism and neutralize insulin levels will help eleveate cravings, lose weight, keep it off,

and sustain good health.

 

NOTE

Every aspect of my life has involved working with people.  I enjoy helping others and enriching lives.

Playing a part in someone else's success is extremely rewarding.  Staying healthy is not only important to me,

it is an intregral part of both my careers.  I don't expect anything from anyone I don't ask of myself.                                

 

I make working out fun (or so I've been told) and try to exemplify a way of life I hope all my clients come to embrace...
