I worked with Kylie in a last minute attempt to shape up for my wedding day. Thank goodness I found her! She helped me achieve my goal of losing ten pounds before my wedding (in eight weeks!!!) and more importantly, gave me a new outlook on fitness and taking care of my body. She motivated me to be strong and work hard to achieve my goal. I used to dread workouts... now I really look forward to them and feel recharged afterwards. Each of the workouts we did was unique and it was clear that she put a lot of time and effort into planning the sessions around my individual goals. Kylie taught me the importance of properly fueling my body with food and rest and gave me the tools to succeed in these areas... tools I still use today! I am so grateful to have met Kylie and thank her for whipping me into shape in so many ways.

About a year ago I decided I had to learn how to incorporate exercise into my life.  I knew I needed help and a friend sent me Kylie's information.  I contacted her with dread and a fairly nasty attitude.  I doubt you could find anyone who detested the idea of working out more than me.  In fact, the second time she showed up for our appointment, I told her it would be my last.  I hated it and didn't want to do it anymore.  It didn't faze her!  She paid no attention to all my whining and we set up the third appointment before she left.  I remember thinking what a good-natured person she was to put up with me and she was actually making our sessions fun.  Well, as fun as they could be when doing something you really hate doing.  I found her to be full of good life tips as well as teaching me a routine I could manage and that was making me feel good. I actually grew to like the workouts and carried on after she left NY.  I'm still incorporating what I learned in my sessions into my new work-outs.  I miss having that kind of partner, but am so glad I found her before she left NY.

Over the decades I've had a variety of gym memberships and personal trainers, and no one or no thing has every equaled the skill, energy, commitment and fun I've had from working with Kylie.  Her sessions are lively and challenging, move smoothly from legs to core to back to arms, with all the appropriate stretching, and her encouragement never stops.  She measures results, and boy have I achieved them!  I'm in New York City, so I am bereft but you in LA are now the lucky ones.  Don't miss out!

Kylie was the best trainer I have had and I have found it impossible to replace her. She was sensitive to my workout needs and she pushed me to accomplish my goals. She knows her job and gave me exercises so I would avoid tennis injuries. In fact, last year was the first tennis season where I did not pull muscles in my legs. I attribute this her training and the stretching exercises she taught me. Obviously, I miss her and I recommend Kylie without reservation.

Kylie has been a great trainer and a great friend.  When I started working out with her I had a “bum” hip and bad back that had gotten so bad I was going for injections and considering spinal fusion surgery.  Within a few months the pain in both places subsided so much I forgot I’d ever had it!  I am beginning to see my “old” self – the younger, firmer, more energetic person I used to be – emerging with each passing week and actually like myself when I look in the mirror…  Plus – it’s been fun!

In middle age I knew I had to try to get back into shape. I needed to lose some weight and change my attitude and lifestyle. Kylie spearheaded all of this for me. As my personal trainer she gave me the determination and confidence to really want to work hard and do weights and exercises I truly believed I couldn't do. Even the ones I hated, like lunges, she helped me to be mentally stronger and I was able to do them. Her overall work ethic inspired me and I have stayed with it. My diet is vastly improved, I now am 5'5" and weigh 116, down from 130! Kylie made me see a vision for myself that I could do it and we would work hard to make it happen together. No personal trainer has helped me as much as Kylie did.

I hate to exercise!  No really; I hate it.  I resent it.  I’ve started and stopped so many regimens, I can barely keep track of them all!  But working out with Kylie helped to adjust my mind as well as my body.  I have a rhythm and structure to my week now.  I don’t resent it anymore because it’s no longer an intrusion; it’s incorporated into my life.  It’s simply a part of my life and my week’s schedule.  Kylie is inspiring and supportive.  I would recommend her highly.

Kylie Delre is the fourth personal trainer I’ve used in the last 10 years.  Each of the first 3 I used only for short periods of time, because there was always something that was just not right…  My least admirable qualities include stubbornness, insistence that I know everything, and difficulty forcing myself to do anything I do not enjoy.  In short, I’ve spoiled myself rotten.  Wanting to be healthy and thin was never enough to get past those attributes; at least until I met Kylie.  If possible, she is more stubborn than I am, and even I am willing to admit that she knows more than I do about exercise and how to help me attain a healthy and attractive body.  I’ve even started following some of her advice regarding my eating habits.  The most galling part is that they’re working!  I have a very tough job, emotionally and mentally and by the time I get to the gym I’m already tired and plenty grumpy.  But nine out of ten times Kylie manages to make me laugh or somehow gets me focused on my workout and out of my bad mood.  I practically have to beg her to let me leave each night as she tries to convince me that sometime n the past I agreed I would stay more than an hour, even when she’s off to train someone else she makes me promise I’ll stay and do cardio, because she knows once I say I’ll do something, I do it.  I’m amazed that I was so lucky to find her.  And because I love my crazy job, I can always tell when someone enjoys what they do, and there is no doubt in my mind that she enjoys spending time with people and helping them!  I would, and have, without hesitation refer friends, neighbors, anyone who want to improve their health, feel better, or just look better to her.  She is the best, and after discovering what it is to have a great trainer, I would never consider going to anyone else.

I have been training with Kylie for over a year and a half.  As an experienced customer of personal trainers, I would definitely say that Kylie is the best I have worked with.  She pushes you but is always vigilant about form and stretching.  She's also very fun to work with.  The hour goes by very fast.
